on Yogaez
There are several formats that you can use to advertise your events/retreats and holidays

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY when Advertising on Yogaez
The advertising copy is supplied by you.
You must supply the images (if any) in the correct size and format demanded.
You must prepay all advertising - (unless specifically agreed with Yogaez on other terms)
You must make sure your ads are in in good time before the event begins - Minimum 2/3 months for holidays.
You are responsible for agreeing terms and length of campaign at point of payment
You must feature a live link back to Yogaez. (This helps both yourself and Yogaez in your promotion.)
All ads running on a specified period will automatically be renewed on the renewal anniversary. It is the advertisers responsibility to cancel the upcoming period before the anniversary date. Unsubscribe button can be found on 'thank you' page supplied at time of booking or in e-mail from Paypal at time of booking. If in doubt contact us and request unsubscrption of ad campaign, notifying full details of campaign
No part payments can be accepted for any periods less than those specified - unless agreed prior to a campaign
Any changes other than permitted will incur a charge that will be notified prior to change and subject to your agreement.
If you have the option to change the copy during the advert period then this must be supplied by you to us in time to place and/or replace existing copy.
You are responsible for checking the correct details of entry and are not able to dictate design of ad (except within the supplied banners) and placement of ad. Though specific location and service will of course determine the position of the ad.
It is up to Yogaez as to whether they "special feature" your ad (usually only with quarter pages and upwards, though a banner ad may be featured at no extra cost by Yogaez if they so choose or wish for design and layout purposes.
Advertisers agree that they have obtained full copyright/authority and relevant permissions to use whatsoever content they chose for their ads. It is also agreed that Yogaez has absolutely no responsibility in the event of any action, complaint or lawsuit that may be taken against the advertiser or their material that is featured on the site or sites owned by Yogaez.

Take a Space on the Yogaez Newsletter
The Yogaez Newsletter goes out on a monthly basis to thousands of double opt in subscribers (these are those that have expressly asked to be kept informed and up to date with all things Yoga Body Mind)
By being featured in the Newsletter you will directly be able to talk to Yoga teachers, students, interested first timers and adepts alike. They are all interested in Mind Body Spirit and are keen to know more.
There will only be four such spots each Newsletter and none will directly conflict - there may be two retreats but it will be made clear thaqt no two may feature the same location and thus vie against each other. Our objective is to give you the maximum impact each time.
We shall also be able to monitor who clicks on which links and thus help your response research against each link through you feature. We help you target your copy to work best for you.

What Yogaez may do with advertising placements
Yogaez is free to use in Newsletters, promotion materials and other such sales techniques any or part of ads that are placed on the site. Although this may be for editorial content on Yogaez behalf it has the benefit of increasing any advertisiers exposure for their products.
This does not alter any agreement that the advertiser and Yogaez may agree with respect of being featured in a paid form in such media.
