Schedule:

Friday 24th: 5:30-7pm welcome, opening circle, gentle asana, meditation
                               7:30pm dinner
Saturday 25th: 10am-12pm Morning Yoga Practice
                            12:30-5:30pm, lunch/free/beach time
                             5:30-7pm, yoga philosophy talk, meditation, pranayama
                             7:30 pm, dinner
Sunday 26th:  10am-12pm morning yoga practice
                           12:30, group picnic at Paradise
                           2-4pm guided bush walk, closing circle/meditation
Costs: $230 for retreat (includeds guided bushwalks, yoga and 2 evening meals)
