200 & 500 hour Yoga Teacher Certification:
Immerse deeply in the Ashtanga Yoga practice in this teacher training intensive with Caroline Klebl. Her yoga teacher training program meets the 200 & 500 hour international Certification standards of the Yoga Alliance.
Caroline Klebl offers a comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training program to yoga teachers, aspiring teachers and yoga practitioners. Her teacher training combines the high standards of practice, required by the Ashtanga Vinyasa System with the development of teaching skills, which are necessary to introduce students to Yoga practice safely and effectively. An Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Manual will be supplied to each participant. To those who attend all scheduled classes, a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate will be issued, at the end of the course. Returning students and those who have already completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training will receive a 200 hour Advanced Training Certificate, towards 500 hour Certification.
6 day a week Yoga Teacher Training Schedule:
Sunrise Meditation: 6:30am-7am
Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore Style or Led): 7am-9am
Adjustments/Teaching Techniques: 10:00am-12:30pm
Anatomy, Ayurveda & Yoga Philosophy: 2:30pm-5pm
Retreat Location:
This course will take place at an exquisite sea-side Eco Resort in Bahia, Brazil. Bahia lies on the east coast of Brazil and consists of a succession of beautifully preserved beaches, hills covered with palm trees and tropical rainforest.
The Eco-Resort is powered by solar energy and the cottages are built with natural materials. The cottages have large varandas with hammocks and private bathrooms. Delicious organic vegetarian meals are served in the spacious restaurant, which has an amazing view of the ocean. The spacious Yoga Hall overlooks the ocean. There is also a native steam sauna for deep relaxation and purification at the resort.
Weekly Excursions in Brazil:
Each week throughout the retreat there will be one day off. You will have time to go surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, trekking through the tropical jungle and visit waterfalls. One white water rafting trip is included in the price of the retreat.

Caroline Klebl is one of the foremost yoga teachers in Ashtanga Vinyasa.
She is a dedicated Yoga instructor, having learned the Ashtanga Yoga method from Sri K Pattabhi Jois, over the course of eight years in Mysore, South India. With a background in Iyengar Yoga, Tibetan Buddhism and Jungian Psychology, she has practiced this method since 1995. She studied traditional Ayurveda and Pancha Karma in Kerala and Sanskrit and Yoga Philosophy in Mysore.
Her school, Source of Yoga, is registered with Yoga Alliance to teach internationally recognized Yoga Teacher Training certification courses. She teaches workshops, teacher training courses and retreats within the US and internationally. With her gentle approach, she introduces the postures and techniques of the practice to reveal the liberating quality of Ashtanga Yoga.

This course will take place at Hotel Lagunita, an exquisite boutique hotel and spa resort. The hotel includes thirty-two thatched roof casitas, two dining palapas, a lounge, a coffee shop, a gift shop, a pool, a spa, which uses the finest natural products and a beautiful Yoga hall, which overlooks the ocean.
Activites in Yelapa, Mexico :
Each week throughout the retreat there will be one day off. You will have time lie on the beach, receive spa treatments, go hiking, snorkeling, paragliding, horseback riding, kayaking, whale watching and go on guided exursions to secluded waterfalls or offshore islands.

This retreat course will take place at Soma Kerala Palace, an equisite Ayurvedic Spa Resort in the backwaters's of Kerala. Three delicious Ayurvedic vegetarian meals will be served each day.
The Backwaters of Kerala:
The coastal regions of Kerala have a network of waterways, inlets from the sea, estuaries of over forty rivers, lakes and natural canals connecting coastal towns. This interlinked body of waterways is known as the backwaters of Kerala. Over 900 km of the Kerala backwaters are navigable and have been used for centuries by the local people for transportation. One can travel on these waterways on a traditional houseboat and enjoy the scenic beauty of the backwaters in Kerala. A full day houseboat tour is planned for during the retreat.
Six Ayurvedic Massages and Steambath treatments:
Ayurveda is a natural system of medicine which treats the body and mind and brings about complete rejuvenation. Six Ayurvedic massages are included as part of the retreat experience. Pancha Karma, Ayurveda's five deep purification therapies, will also be available at Soma Kerala Palace, for an additional cost.
