Ruth White runs, with her husband John and often excellent guest yoga specialists, a series of round they ear yoga weekends, retreats and holidays.

Her residentials are all are held in quiet country houses with sea or country views. They are carefully chosen for their ambiance which is conducive to yoga. Some have swimming pools and all serve excellent cuisine. Requests for single rooms are much sought after, so early booking is advised.
