Programme
Daily Programme
Morning:
· 08.00 am - Stretching and pranayama.
· 09:30 am - Yoga
· 11.00 am - Brunch
Afternoon:
Free - to relax, explore and enjoy.
Evening:
· 5.00 pm until 7.00 pm - 1 hour of Yoga, half hour Yoga Nidra
· 7.00 pm - Dinner in local tavernas
Costs
From as little as £500 per person per week.
COST includes:
A) Accommodation in Greece. (based on 2 persons per twin room)
B) Brunch, everyday at 11am.
C) Yoga tuition. (4 Hrs per day)
D) Return Taxi Mytilene airport/yoga centre. (approx 1 hour journey each way)
