Today Johanna enjoys leading transformational yoga retreats and yoga teacher training workshops in Sedona and other magical places. All Sedona Spirit Yoga & Hiking vortex retreats are focused on tapping into Sedona’s vortex energy to accelerate our growth. This year we are giving each retreat a theme. All of our retreats are co-ed. Yoga men are most welcome.

Vortex Retreat Schedule
Day One: Sedona Spirit Yoga & Hiking Vortex Retreat
• Check in 2-3 pm and make yourself comfortable
• Meet your Sedona Spirit Yoga & Hiking retreat guide at
3:30 pm for a quick tour of Sedona and short vortex yoga hike experience. Your vortex yoga hike leader will lead you in breathing, yoga stretching and meditation exercises, then guide you to connect with the vortex energy and set intentions for your retreat. (Meeting times vary in the summer and winter to adjust to the temperature.)
• Dinner at an outdoor restaurant with red rock views followed by a sharing session with Johanna
Day Two: Sedona Spirit Yoga & Hiking Vortex Retreat
• Wake up to gentle morning yoga at 7:30 or 8 am
• Enjoy a relaxed community breakfast
• Set out on a morning vortex yoga hike adventure to one of the vortexes. Your guide will take you on a 3-hour vortex yoga hike to another majestic vortex site, and guide you in relaxing yoga and meditation activities
• Optional Healing Services and Readings: Deepen your experience by scheduling a melt-down massage or healing by Sedona's best practitioners. Choose from a variety of massage modalities, including shiatsu, Swedish, hot rocks treatment, and cranial sacral or hot rocks session. Also available are: expert Sedona astrology readers, psychic readers, and card readers if you would like to know what's in the stars or explore other realms. • Free afternoon and evening on your own: Enjoy shopping, exploring, massage and local evening events such as a flute concert or star gazing evening.
Day Three: Sedona Spirit Yoga & Hiking Vortex Retreat
• Wake up to gentle morning yoga at 7:30 or 8 am
• Enjoy another fabulous morning with breakfast
• Hike up to the another mystical vortex site. Enjoy learning about plantlife and medicinal uses.
• Free afternoon and evening on your own: Optional evening Cultivate Contentment workshop with Johanna
Day Four : Sedona Spirit Yoga & Hiking Vortex Retreat
• Wa
ke up to gentle morning yoga at 7:30 or 8 am
• Enjoy another fabulous morning with breakfast
• Hike up to the another mystical vortex site. Look into what you have gained and how you will take it home and integrate it in your life.
