There are many yoga teachers who run Spanish Yoga holidays as the proximity to the European circuit in the UK France, Italy and Scandanavia and the great weather make it a favourite.
There are good yoga centres Spain has and yoga retreats in Spain are in both the favourite haunts as well as hidden away.
You can always find yoga breaks Spain offers on this site, especially if you subscribe to our Newsletter which always gives breaking yoga news and trips.

Yoga - The twice daily yoga classes are based on Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga. This means that you'll be holding asanas using the breath to release deeply into the body whilst building strength and stamina. Other times the class will be flowing sequences (vinyasa) using the breath to seemlessly flow from one asana to another in a meditative way. The level is suitable for keen beginners, those with a lapsed practice & intermediate yogis. Our teaching style is relaxed - no pressure to be perfect.
The yoga sessions will incorporate the teachings of Patanjali's 8 Limbs to ensure you have a complete yoga experience and practice more than just asanas.
Teacher - Nicole Stone - began practising yoga 12 years ago, qualifying as a yoga teacher in 2000 with an 'Excellent' grade Diploma from FRYOG (Friends of Yoga) a 2 year course. She is also accredited to the British Wheel of Yoga. "Every time I roll out my yoga mat I feel like I've come home. I love exploring the ever deepening possibilities of a yoga practice & feel inspired to to share it with others". Nicole's classes are both lively and relaxing using hatha & hatha vinyasa infused with in-depth anatomy knowledge. She encourages students to explore the yumminess of yoga from the inside out; weaving the breath with the asana and performing the postures with intention.
