Yoga will be morning and evening while mosaic classes will be mid-morning and late afternoon on the shady terrace surrounded by green valleys. The holistic health retreat has a fabulous open-air hot tub, a steam room and swimming pool. Alternative therapists will be on hand for treatments in osteopathy, reflexology, shiatsu, acupuncture, massage and more. Yoga will be with Simon Owen, and ceramics expert Liz de Ath. Delightful home-cooked regional meals are provided daily and included in the price. A one-day visit to the Alhambra or Malaga old town can be arranged. Accommodation will be either sharing with one other in a tastefully furnished bedroom in the large, cool house or in a beautifully equipped tepee on the hillside, according to preference. First come, first served, so if your accommodation choice is already fully booked you may have to be flexible. Price: £595.00 including accommodation, home-cooked regional food and mosaic materials.
