If you find a yoga teacher traing that does not include a good basis of anatomy training then be very careful as they are missing an important part and may not carry the appropriate yoga teacher training certification.
The same goes for a 30 day yoga teacher training course. It is impossible to learn enough to then go out and immediately teach it in this period even if the yoga teacher training intensive course, as it may well be, is competent. All it really offers is a good initial grounding. Do not expect it to be engaged in teaching when you leave yoga teacher training schools like these.
